Product Detail

Description:

SF6 circuit-breaker is a double-column four-fracture form, with a shunt capacitor and a closing resistor at interrupter chamber breaks; The circuit-breaker has compact structure, small arc extinguishing chamber, high contact speed, stable and reliable performance, long service life and high comprehensive technical and economic index.

SF6 circuit-breaker is outdoor three-phase AC 50Hz UHV transmission equipment, which is used to control, measure, protect and switch transmission lines in the power system with a rated voltage of 1000 kV. It can also be used to meet the capacitive current of the filter bank and capacitor bank to realize the control and protection of the filter bank and capacitor bank. The circuit-breaker is equipped with ABB HMB-8.12 compact spring hydraulic operating mechanism for division, closing and automatic reclosing. Each column has an independent hydraulic system, which can be operated in separate phases to realize single-phase automatic reclosing. Through the electrical linkage can also be three-phase linkage operation to achieve three-phase automatic reclosing.

Main Features:

  • Double column four fracture form, interrupter chamber fracture parallel capacitor and closing resistor, Cut back on oil.

  • The mechanical reliability of the product is good, to ensure the mechanical life of 10,000 times.

  • The circuit breaker structure is compact, the arc extinguishing chamber is small, the contact movement speed is high, the performance is stable and reliable, the service life is long, the comprehensive technical and economic indicators are high.

What kind of situation is the SF6 circuit breaker used?

Temperature Control:

  • Control the temperature of the installation environment to avoid adverse effects on the breaker's performance due to excessively high or low temperatures.

  • Avoid installing the breaker in locations exposed to direct sunlight or experiencing extreme temperature fluctuations.

Moisture Prevention Measures:

  • Implement moisture prevention measures to prevent water from entering the interior of the breaker, which can affect insulation performance and the normal operation of mechanical components.

  • Regularly inspect and clean the area around the equipment to remove dust and contaminants, preventing them from affecting the device's performance.

What should be noted when using indoor vacuum circuit breakers?
What should be noted when using indoor vacuum circuit breakers?
I. Overvoltage PreventionVacuum circuit breakers excel in interrupting performance, but high overvoltage may occur across inductors during the switching of inductive loads due to abrupt changes in loop current, which requires special attention. When switching small-capacity motors, starting currents are large, so measures like step-down starting should be adopted to limit the current.Transformers with different structures show distinct characteristics: oil-immersed transformers have high impulse

The application of indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers
The application of indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers
In the first half of 2007, as project participants from the Electromechanical Equipment Company of Huaibei Mining Group, we carried out a technical transformation of the 10kV substation in the East Factory Area. Our primary task was to replace the original 10kV disconnector - oil - immersed circuit breaker units with ZN20 indoor high - voltage vacuum circuit breakers.Previously, the SN10 - 10 oil - immersed circuit breakers had been in operation for an extended period, leading to severe oil leak

What are the common faults and corresponding solutions for indoor drawer-type high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers?
What are the common faults and corresponding solutions for indoor drawer-type high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers?
Inability to Push In or Withdraw the Draw-out CarriageThe main manifestation is difficulty in inserting the carriage, which may cause equipment damage and threaten production when severe. The causes and countermeasures are shown in Table 1.The circuit - breaker fails to close. It manifests as the closing core actuating but the circuit - breaker not closing successfully; or the closing core not actuating, which shows that the control circuit of the circuit - breaker is open - circuited or the mec

What are the common faults and handling methods of the operating mechanisms of 35kV and 10kV indoor vacuum circuit breakers?
In power system operation and maintenance, we have found that 35kV and 10kV indoor vacuum circuit breakers, as core primary equipment of high-voltage switchgear, are widely used in main grid and user substations due to their high reliability and low maintenance workload. From daily inspections and live detection to routine maintenance, vacuum circuit breakers always remain our key focus, as their operational quality is directly related to the stability and reliability of the power system. Analysis of the Impact of Vacuum Arc Chamber Inspection and Maintenance on Improving the Reliability of Vacuum Circuit Breakers
Analysis of the Impact of Vacuum Arc Chamber Inspection and Maintenance on Improving the Reliability of Vacuum Circuit Breakers
Vacuum circuit breakers are widely used in distribution networks. As core components of power supply equipment, their performance hinges on both vacuum interrupters’ capabilities and circuit breakers’ mechanical characteristics (contact opening distance, stroke, pressure, average closing/opening speed, closing bounce time, opening - closing asynchronism, operation times, and cumulative allowable wear of contacts). Both are critical for reliable operation. The vacuum interrupter is th

How to install the transition joint for the speed measurement rotating sensor of the 10 kV indoor vacuum circuit breaker?
How to install the transition joint for the speed measurement rotating sensor of the 10 kV indoor vacuum circuit breaker?
1 Innovation BackgroundRegular mechanical characteristic tests (covering closing/opening time, speed, opening distance, over - travel, three - phase asynchrony, bouncing time, etc.) are crucial for 10 kV indoor vacuum circuit breakers, ensuring reliable power supply and grid stability. Manufacturers typically use the moving - contact linear sensor method for testing, as it accurately reflects performance via consistent motion curves between the linear transmission rod and moving contacts. To ease
