Product Overview

An isolated transformer is a double-winding transformer that not only achieves voltage transformation in the power grid but also provides electrical safety isolation between input and output windings. This feature effectively prevents electric shock hazards when the human body comes into simultaneous contact with live components (or metal parts that may become charged due to insulation damage) and the ground. Additionally, it can isolate the third harmonics in the power grid, reduce heat generation during equipment operation, and extend the service life of insulating materials. It also functions to suppress and eliminate interferences such as noise, clutter, high voltage, and surges in the power grid, providing a pure power environment for equipment.

The dry-type photovoltaic transformers produced by our company are special transformers designed for photovoltaic grid-connected inverters. Adopting a foil winding process, the transformer core features a full-joint structure, and the core laminations are made of low-loss oriented silicon steel sheets, offering significant advantages of low loss, high efficiency, and low temperature rise. This series of transformers is suitable for circuits with an AC frequency of 50Hz/60Hz and a rated voltage below 690V, and can be custom-designed and manufactured according to specific user requirements.

SGG/SD series photovoltaic inverter grid-connected transformer is a supporting product of solar photovoltaic, its rated input voltage is AC three-phase 270V, rated output voltage is AC three-phase 400V, rated working frequency is 50/60HZ, it will be the direct current in the solar energy through the photovoltaic inverter inverter out of the three-phase AC 270V voltage isolation and step-up into three-phase AC 400V voltage, in order to be integrated into the grid or directly supply the single-phase 220V and three-phase 380V AC power supply required by users.
