Product Detail

Description:

ZF29-252 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as GIS) is used for three-phase AC 50HZ, 220KV power system. The product adopts a common-phase three-station isolated grounding switch structure and modular design, which can meet various wiring methods.

Industry applications:

It is mainly used in power plants, substations, and large industrial and mining enterprises. Divide and combine no-load, load and fault currents, conversion loads, isolation lines, grounding protection and measurement of power transmission and transformation systems.

Features:

  • The circuit breaker adopts horizontal arrangement, the arc extinguishing chamber adopts a single-break double-acting structure, and the self-energy arc extinguishing principle is equipped with a low-power spring operating mechanism, which effectively reduces mechanical stress, has high mechanical operation reliability, and has a mechanical life of 10,000 times.

  •   Adopt three-station isolation grounding switch structure, mechanical interlocking between isolation and grounding, effectively avoid misoperation, high reliability, and mechanical life of 10,000 times.

  •   Three-station isolation grounding switch and main bus adopt three-phase co-box structure. The sealing surface and bonding surface of SF6 gas are reduced, which greatly reduces the air leakage rate; The three-station isolated grounding switch has no complex external connecting rods and connectors, simple structure and excellent corrosion resistance.

  • The rated SF6 gas pressure is low, except for the circuit breaker, the other gas chambers are rated at 0.4MPa, which greatly reduces the use of SF6 gas and reduces the greenhouse effect.

What is the insulation principle of gas-insulated switches?

Insulation Principle:

  • In an electric field, the electrons in SF₆ gas molecules are slightly displaced from the nuclei. However, due to the stability of the SF₆ molecular structure, it is difficult for electrons to escape and form free electrons, resulting in high insulation resistance. In GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) equipment, the insulation is achieved by precisely controlling the pressure, purity, and electric field distribution of the SF₆ gas. This ensures a uniform and stable insulating electric field between the high-voltage conductive parts and the grounded enclosure, as well as between different phase conductors.

  • Under normal operating voltage, the few free electrons in the gas gain energy from the electric field, but this energy is not sufficient to cause collision ionization of the gas molecules. This ensures the maintenance of the insulating properties.

What is Transformer Vector Groups?
Transformer Vector Group DefinitionThe transformer vector group denotes the phase difference between the primary and secondary sides of a transformer, while also defining the arrangement of high-voltage and low-voltage windings in three-phase transformers. Vector groups are determined by the connection configurations of three-phase transformers, which can be categorized into four main groups based on the phase difference between corresponding line voltages of the high-voltage and low-voltage sid

What is a Pure Resistive AC Circuit?
Pure Resistive AC CircuitA circuit containing only a pure resistanceR(in ohms) in an AC system is defined as a Pure Resistive AC Circuit, devoid of inductance and capacitance. Alternating current and voltage in such a circuit oscillate bidirectionally, generating a sine wave (sinusoidal waveform). In this configuration, power is dissipated by the resistor, with voltage and current in perfect phase—both reaching their peak values simultaneously. As a passive component, the resistor neither

What is a Pure Capacitor Circuit?
Pure Capacitor CircuitA circuit comprising only a pure capacitor with capacitanceC(measured in farads) is termed a Pure Capacitor Circuit. Capacitors store electrical energy within an electric field, a characteristic known ascapacitance(alternatively referred to as a "condenser"). Structurally, a capacitor consists of two conductive plates separated by a dielectric medium—common dielectric materials include glass, paper, mica, and oxide layers. In an ideal AC capacitor circuit, the current

Resonant Frequency
Resonant Frequency
In a series circuit, the resonant frequency condition occurs when the inductive reactance equals the capacitive reactance. Changing the supply frequency alters the values of XL = 2πfL and XC = 1/2πfC.As the frequency increases, XL rises whileXC falls. Conversely, a decrease in frequency causesXL to drop andXCto rise.To achieve series resonance, the frequency is tuned to fr(pointP in the curve below), whereXL = XC.At series resonance, when XL = XCWhere frdenotes the resonant frequency in he

Current Division and Voltage Division Rule
Current Division RuleA parallel circuit functions as a current divider, where the incoming current splits among all branches while the voltage across each branch remains constant. The Current Division Rule is used to determine the current through circuit impedances, as illustrated by the circuit below:The currentI splits intoI1 andI2 across two parallel branches with resistancesR1 andR2, whereVdenotes the voltage drop across both resistances. As is known,Then the equation of the current is writt
