Product Detail

Product introduction:

DSDS6B Switch Disconnector is a kind of outdoor HV electricity transmission equipment’s at three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. It is used for breaking or connecting HV lines under no loads so that these lines can be changed and connected and the way the electricity runs is changed, In addition, it can be used to exercise safe electrical insulation for such HV electric

apparatuses as bus and breaker. The switch can open and close inductance/capacitance current and is able to open and close the bus to switch current.

This product is of the single-post bi-arm vertical telescope type (scissor-type) and suitable for the bus's Switch Disconnector. It can be laid out directly under the bus, thus occupying a small area. It’s effect of saving energy can be prominent at the substation where double bus lines are accompanied by the bypass bus.

The Switch Disconnector is accompanied by a JW10 earthing switch which will be used for the bus grounding at the lower layer, The grounding of the bus line at the upper layer requires the use of an independent earthing switch. 363kV and 550Kv Switch Disconnector and earthing switch are equipped with the SRCJ8 motor actuator for the single pole operation. Meanwhile, the tri-pole linkage can be achieved. The 126kV and 252kV Switch Disconnector adopt SRCJ3 motor-based actuator to realize the tri-pole linkage. The earthing switch adopts SRCS manual actuator to actualize tri-pole linkage.

This Switch Disconnector has passed the verification by the review procedure organized by China Machinery industry federation that the product structure and performance satisfy the requirements on perfection, and product's performance indices have reached the internally level of the same kinds of products

DS6B Switch Disconnector comprises three single poles and actuator. Each single pole is made of a base, post insulator, operating insulator and conducive part., The conductive pat includes the gear box and foldable conductive am fixed on the top of the post insulator, and the fixed contact hanging on the overload bus.

The actuator dives the operating insulator, and through the four link lever-driven scissor-type conductive arm, lift and lower the insulator to tighten or separate the moving contact and fixed contact on the directly overhead bus line, to open or close the Switch Disconnector. After the closing, a vertical insulating break will be formed.

Main characteristic:

  • Superior conductance system; With open structure, conductor is laid out in the middle of the transmission base while the main rod and reverse connecting rod are installed outside. Balancing spring is sealed with aluminum cover and transmission parts needing debugging are exposed for easy installation and debugging. dust prevention. Add a dustcover to bearing and adopt seal structure externally.
  • Contact forceps can cover a large area of rated contact, This product is in the double arm telescopic (scissor-type) structure. The forceps of the moving contact cover a large area of rated contact, particularly applicable to soft bus line, and also to hard bus line.
  • Open gear box, which has a good visibility, is convenient for installation, debugging and maintenance. The main crank arm is combined with operating flange to reduce he transmission link and the height of transmission base, which can improve the transmission efficiency and reliability. The rotation shat is designed as double bearing structure so that the transmission is flexible and reliable.
  • Structural design: the separation of machines from power. The design concept is the separation of machines from power, that is, the conductive elements, springs and mechanic driving elements are mutually isolated to prevent current from passing through springs and mechanical driving elements. in this way, the stability of the driving elements can be enhanced.
  • Provide one key sequential control "double confirmation" function expansion.

Main technical parameters:

What tests are required for dry-type transformers?
What tests are required for dry-type transformers?
1 Pre - commissioning InspectionAs a front - line tester, before formally commissioning a dry - type transformer, I need to carry out a comprehensive and systematic inspection. First, I conduct a visual inspection of the transformer body and its accessories, carefully checking for mechanical damage or deformation. Then, I check whether the leads of the high - and low - voltage windings are firmly connected and whether the bolt tightening torque meets the standard requirements (usually 40 - 60N&m

What aspects need attention during the installation of dry-type transformers?
1 Pre - installation PreparationAs a front - line installer, I know very well that the preparation work before installing a dry - type transformer must be thorough. First, I will carefully review the design drawings and technical documents, and check one by one the technical parameters such as the model specification, rated capacity, and voltage level of the transformer to ensure they are in full compliance with the design requirements. Then, I will conduct an unpacking inspection of the transfo

What are the causes of dry-type transformers burning out during operation?
What are the causes of dry-type transformers burning out during operation?
1 Fault PhenomenonI am engaged in front - line fault maintenance work, and recently encountered problems with dry - type transformers. Dry - type transformers have a simple structure, are convenient for transportation, and easy for maintenance. They are widely used in power distribution places with relatively high environmental protection requirements. Because of their good fire - resistance, they can be installed in load - center areas to reduce voltage loss and power loss. The property manageme
