Product Detail

Description:

ZF27-800 GIS, developed independently by company for controling, measuring, protecting and transforming the electric transmission line, consists of circuit breaker, current transformer, disconnector, earthing switch, main busbar, bushing and surge arrester, etc. The interrupter of circuit breaker is designed as double-break structure, and the hydraulic operating mechanism avoids the oil leak and slow-opening at zero pressure.

With rated current of 5000A and rated short-circuit breaking current of 50kA, this kind of GIS have been adopted in Substation GuanTing of 750kV power transmission project in Northwest China.

Main Features:

  •  All the hydraulic pipelines are set inside to avoid the leakage, which is domestic initiate.

  •  High current carrying performance with the rated current of 5000A.

  • Excellent insulating level has achieved the high standard of DL/T593-2006.

  • High mechanical endurance and reliability.

Technical Parameters:

What is the breaking and closing principle of gas-insulated switchgear?

Opening and Closing Principles:

  • The circuit breaker is the key component in GIS for interrupting and closing circuits. When the circuit breaker receives an opening command, the operating mechanism rapidly separates the moving contact from the stationary contact, creating an arc between them. At this point, the high temperature of the arc causes the SF₆ gas to decompose rapidly, producing a large number of positive and negative ions and free electrons. These charged particles interact with the charged particles in the arc, reducing the concentration of conductive particles in the arc, increasing the arc resistance, and absorbing the energy of the arc. This process causes the arc to cool and extinguish quickly, thereby interrupting the circuit current.

  • During the closing process, the operating mechanism moves the moving contact rapidly towards the stationary contact, ensuring reliable contact at the appropriate moment to complete the circuit connection. It is crucial to ensure that during the closing instant, no excessive inrush current or arc is generated.

What are the reasons for low insulation at the low-voltage side of a dry-type transformer?
Hi everyone, I’m Felix, and I’ve been working in electrical equipment fault repair for 15 years.Over these years, I’ve traveled across factories, substations, and distribution rooms all over the country, troubleshooting and repairing all kinds of electrical equipment. Dry-type transformers are among the most common devices we deal with.Today, a friend asked me:“What does it mean when the low-voltage side of a dry-type transformer has low insulation resistance?”Great

What tests are required for dry-type transformers?
What tests are required for dry-type transformers?
1 Pre - commissioning InspectionAs a front - line tester, before formally commissioning a dry - type transformer, I need to carry out a comprehensive and systematic inspection. First, I conduct a visual inspection of the transformer body and its accessories, carefully checking for mechanical damage or deformation. Then, I check whether the leads of the high - and low - voltage windings are firmly connected and whether the bolt tightening torque meets the standard requirements (usually 40 - 60N&m

What aspects need attention during the installation of dry-type transformers?
What aspects need attention during the installation of dry-type transformers?
1 Pre - installation PreparationAs a front - line installer, I know very well that the preparation work before installing a dry - type transformer must be thorough. First, I will carefully review the design drawings and technical documents, and check one by one the technical parameters such as the model specification, rated capacity, and voltage level of the transformer to ensure they are in full compliance with the design requirements. Then, I will conduct an unpacking inspection of the transfo

What are the causes of dry-type transformers burning out during operation?
What are the causes of dry-type transformers burning out during operation?
1 Fault PhenomenonI am engaged in front - line fault maintenance work, and recently encountered problems with dry - type transformers. Dry - type transformers have a simple structure, are convenient for transportation, and easy for maintenance. They are widely used in power distribution places with relatively high environmental protection requirements. Because of their good fire - resistance, they can be installed in load - center areas to reduce voltage loss and power loss. The property manageme

Method for Automatic Isolation of Customer Equipment Faults by Load Switches in Distribution Networks
1 OverviewDistribution network safety has long been under - addressed, with its automation lagging substation automation . Using 10 kV intervals of existing substations to set line section points meets future grid needs . Configuration of distribution switches, section switches, and protection must match substation outgoing - line protection for reliability. Fault isolation, self - healing, and restoration are key to distribution automation .Scholars have studied smart distribution network fault
